Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Jeff, Lauren, and the entire team at D&D went above and beyond to help get my 2015 Subaru WRX fixed up. I was in a stressful situation after Subaru quoted my over $9,000 in repairs and I wasn't ready to give up on my car and get a new one. Got a second opinion from D&D and am so glad I did. Jeff was honest, knowledgeable, and took time to explain exactly what my car needed. They replaced brakes, rotors, calipers, battery, clutch, and a few other smaller things, all while doing beautiful work at a fraction of what I had originally been quoted. Jeff took time to answer my questions and made sure I understood what was going on, and even got me a temporary vehicle as well. One of the mechanics came out and showed me one of the worn out parts firsthand, explained what failed and why. I learned some things! Its hard to find that level of transparency and customer service these days. It's clear they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. I highly recommend you take your vehicle here!!

Integrity, honesty, and fair are words I would use to describe D&D. Sadly a lot of us fear taking our car into a new mechanic because of these unknown factors; integrity, honesty, price gouging. If you are looking for a new mechanic shop to work on your vehicles and maintaining peace of mind throughout the process, I highly recommend D&D. Jeff and his crew will get you right

I don’t even know where to start. I am beyond grateful for this location and the service provided by Seth S and his team. His work ethic and his commitment to providing the best service to me was just outstanding. He changed my tires, oil change, my headlights and number for a reasonable price, without it feeling like he was attempting to uncharge me. If you’re looking for a place to take your car knowing that you’ll get a warm welcome, commitment, leadership, knowledge, care and work ethic, I highly recommend you come here! You’ll be beyond pleased. If I could give Seth and his staff a 10 star review, I would! Thank you Seth!

Had my vehicle towed here because it wasn’t fully starting and chose them based on AAA recommendations. They diagnosed the mass air flow sensor as the problem and fixed it right away. But the best part of my service was, because I had never taken my vehicle there before, they did a thorough inspection of everything and discovered my lower control arm on the front right was severely damaged. I had both control arms replaced less than 2 years ago and was able to take it back to the original mechanic for warranty work. If they hadn’t discovered it I could have had a serious accident or mishap on the road and/or ended up paying a lot to have them replaced/repaired again. D&D is a trustworthy and excellent shop!

Had a great experience initially with emissions testing and secondly with an air conditioning issue. They got me in quickly. Explained all of my options with no pressure tactics and fixed the issue with a fair price! Definitely recommend and will be back.
